1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Traccia, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your
country).

You have read and understood these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
If you use Traccia on behalf of a company or organization, you
represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these
Terms.
2. Description of service
Traccia is a personal storytelling platform that allows users to:

Create and manage projects with a title, description, category,
and cover image.

Record chronological entries ("Steps") with text, photos, videos,
and moods.
- Mark important milestones within their projects.

Visualize progress through an automatic timeline.
- Share projects publicly or via a private link.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect
of the service at any time, with or without notice.
3. User accounts
To use Traccia you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and current information during registration.

Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and access
credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.

Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to
your account.
You may not create accounts with false identities or use another
person's account without authorization. We reserve the right to
refuse registration or cancel accounts at our sole discretion.
4. User content
4.1 Your ownership
The content you post on Traccia (photos, videos, text, etc.)
remains your property. We do not claim any ownership rights over
your content.
4.2 License you grant us
By posting content on Traccia, you grant us a worldwide,
non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable
license to:

Store, reproduce, and distribute your content through our
platform.

Display your content to other users according to the privacy
settings you choose.
- Make technical backup copies of the content.
This license ends when you delete the content or your account,
unless the content has been shared with other users and has not
been deleted by them.
4.3 Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent
and warrant that:

You own the rights to the content or have authorization to use
it.

The content does not violate third-party rights or any applicable
law.
- The content complies with these terms of use.
5. Acceptable conduct
By using Traccia, you agree NOT to:

Post illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or
hate-inciting content.

Post content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other
third-party intellectual property rights.
- Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other users.

Post personal information about third parties without their
consent.
- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities.

Attempt to access accounts, systems, or networks without
authorization.

Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the service.
- Post spam or unsolicited advertising content.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these
rules and to suspend or cancel the responsible user's account.
6. Intellectual property
Traccia, its source code, design, logos, trademarks, name, and
user interface are the property of Snapzi and are
protected by intellectual property laws. The following are strictly
prohibited:

Copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works
from any part of Traccia.

Using our trademarks, logos, or name without prior written
authorization.

Reverse engineering or attempting to obtain the application's
source code.
7. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. We recommend you
read it carefully.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or cancel your access to the service, with or
without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

Your conduct puts the security of other users or the service at
risk.
- Required by applicable law.
You may cancel your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete account in the app, or by contacting us at support@tracciahq.com.
After cancellation, we will delete your information as set out in
our Privacy Policy.
9. Service availability
We strive to keep Traccia continuously available, but we do not
guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may perform
scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that may involve temporary
interruptions. We will not be liable for the consequences of
service unavailability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Traccia is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties
of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the service will be free of errors,
viruses, or other harmful elements.

We will not be liable for loss of data, loss of profits, indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use
or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the
amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snapzi, its
directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage,
loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of Traccia.
- The content you post on the platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of a third party's rights.
12. In-app purchases
Traccia may offer premium features, subscriptions, or other
in-app purchases. If you make a purchase:

Payments are processed through the corresponding platform (Apple
App Store or Google Play Store).

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the
renewal period.

Refunds are governed by the policies of the corresponding
distribution platform.

Prices may vary by region and may change with prior notice.
13. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When we make material
changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least
30 days in advance. Continued use of Traccia after the effective
date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without prejudice
to any consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country
of residence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be
submitted to the competent courts.
